Testimonial Policy

The Interviewee hereby grants permission to CFA Institute and its licensees (collectively, “CFA Institute Parties”), to use the video footage of interviews, quotations from the interview, his/her name, location, picture, voice, and likeness in connection with CFA Institute activities, for any lawful purpose that CFA Institute choses including but not limited to for marketing purposes, including online and social media, throughout the world, in perpetuity. Interviewee agrees that CFA Institute shall own the copyright in the interview videotape and/or audio recording.
