Participants can go through each program individually or set up a private cohort for a team to take a program together. All programs feature the following:

- Go to CFA® Institute Ethics Learning Lab (you will be redirected to the CFA Institute login screen).
- Create a CFA Institute account or log in if you already have an account.

- On the Welcome page, watch the video for a brief overview of how the platform works, and then click Continue.
